Managed to train Thursday and got some good log work in which included a solid 130kg PB. 02.03.12 Whilst warming up for deadlifts I dropped an empty Olympic bar on my left foot. The pain was incredible but I tried to persevere. Bar x lots 70kg x lots 120kg x 3 170kg x 3 220kg x 1 270kg x 1 - Toe was f**kong killing me 290kg x F -Rolled forward onto toes and was game over from there. Close grip Bench: 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 Went to the hospital this morning as the toe only got worse over night. I have 2 fractures in my left big toe. Won't know time frame until Wednesday but Im strapped up to f**k with crutches. 6-8 weeks to heal at least. I think the Gods are trying to tell me something. | ||
