Cheers Jay, i used to love training chest & shoulders on different days but with work its hard so i just train both muscle groups together now ....if i get time i do axle/log work on the weekend to give the deltoids & triceps extra work!

cheers Paddy, i totally agree with you....the good thing i find about strict pressing after benching is that the deltoids & triceps are all ready warmed up so less chance of getting injured plus dont have to waste any energy on any warm up setsHappy

Pressing is huge at the moment mate very nice.

How tall are you buddy? I naturally assume most dominant pressers are short. 140 is big!
