Trained with the guys down at west mids powerlifting today..

Pin squat[x3@9]:
170kg @8.5
175kg @9
165kg @8.5
165kg @9

Deadlift[x5@9]:
(180kgx2)
205kg @8.5/9
195kg @8.5
195kg @9.5

Touch and go press[x2@8]:
120kg @7.5/8
125kg@8, 8.5, 8, 8, 8.5/9

Abs 3x10

PB on the squat, deadlift felt pretty good too considering it was second..cant wait to add the belt back in. Picked the bench weight - had a slightly sore right bicep, so didnt want to push it - should have gone to 127.5 though!

Its the place in dudley, its where the guys who run the west mid comps train at. I aim to do the south west comp in cheltenham, April 21st.

upto 185kg @8.5

POR Bench[x3@8]:
upto 115kg @8

CG to 3 board[x8@9]:
upto 122kg @8.5

All pretty easy - apart from the squat, felt really off today - low carbs today before training - and some light GPP this morning a most likely why. Correct that for next time.

120kg @8

DB press[x8@9]:
45kg @8
45kg @8.5/9

Ditched the lunges because I had knee treatment earlier today and it was a little sore. Got 3-4 weeks of rehab stuff to see how it reacts, then back with the surgeon for an update..
