Haven't kept a log here for quite a while, so thought it was about time I started one up again!

Currently training for the west mids regional in the GBPF on the 18th Nov...

Just some GPP this morning - cardio, prehab, rehab type stuff with some stretching. Got Main bench tonight..

Very pleased with tonight, bench moved very well - beat all the targets too.,,over shot a couple of top sets, more down to the residual illness...felt fine then just died! lol

Well the original plan was until this meet and see how i get on. Going quite well so far, so may carry on...he does give you the option on a weekly basis. Its all goooooood.

Okish numbers, average session. Squats just felt off, line wasnt right at all and kept losing it forward. Deadlifts on the other hand felt pretty good.

Too much s**t going on with work and uni, its f**king me up!

Thanks Ed. My weak spot on the pulls is from knee to mid thigh - so the pause is to help with power development in that area! Its all down to my s**tty round back pulling style!

My pulling seems pretty average at the minute - I just struggle without a belt once I get over 200...I peaked at 215 a few weeks back!! Perhaps I need to judge my RPEs better or something.

Very happy with everything else - squats were smooth - these were very deep and a solid 2 count, much tougher.

i have the same problem only i'm s**tter and i pull less.

Me too! lol I think my bench and squat are moving pretty well, deadlift is creeping but not as well...I have some technical things to work on though!

I have to accept I am a high hips puller and get on with it..also need to work much more on getting tighter at the start!

and LOL at Ed Grin you're only 10kg behind me!
