Did some light cardio this morning, with lots of stretching and foam rolling. My left hand is in bits today - 3 fingers with no skin on...might need to get some zinc tape for deadlifts

Really not used to training the week after a comp...let alone the day after! Needless to say, I wasn't expecting much...

Squats[x7 @10]:
110kg @7.5
130kg @8
140kg @9/9.5

Rev.band DL[x4 @9]:
150kg @7
180kg @8
200kg @9

Snatch grip SLDL[x8 @9]:
120kg @7
130kg @8, 8

Ab wheel - 3x10

Overall not too bad. Squats were actually pretty sweet - much more there when fresh - just had to wait a few minutes between sets for the back pumps to go haha

My hand is pretty tore up from the failed 262 from yesterday, so pulling was very awkward - hence the weak effort on the SLDL.

Nothing exciting - some pre/rehab type stuff - face pulls, ext. rotations, 1 leg RDL, Peterson step-ups.

foam roll x a million

25 mins s/s cardio.

Finally starting to feel more normal now...thank god, more of a rest next week when I go to uni ! Grin

Never trained after a comp so quickly, well not normally - Monday was hard going, yesterday was sore - today I feel good...just.

Maybe there is some science to this training lark after all!

Trained alone, so numbers slightly affected by this - my left pec is still weird. Got a physio appt booked for tomorrow afternoon anyway, try and get it sorted once and for all.

yes it is much stronger - more 1 board is around 150 for a max Grin its off the best where I struggle. MY bench training is going to change a bit over the next 12 weeks, trying something different.
