Squat w/belt[x4@9]: (170, 180x1) 192.5kgx3 @9 180kgx3 @9 Comp bench[x3@8]: 122kg @8/8.5 120kg @8 120kg @8.5 120kg @8.5/9 Rev.band DL[x3@9]: (200x1) 220kg @8.5/9 Squats just felt off tonight, couldn't get tight and the belt was throwing me off some...the 3rd rep on the top set was awful, so rather than pushing it too far I backed off. Same for the rest, will do a recovery day tomorrow - hit P3 Weds and P2 Friday. Just one of those days. | ||

It will do for now after my week. SSB[x4@9]: (120x2) 130kg @8.5 135kg @8.5/9 120kg @8.5 These were pretty good, haven't done them for a while - I think the 135 might be a PB - stopped at that, reps started to break down pretty badly. Plus, dont want to over-do it - chasing a big pull tomorrow. Inc POR[x6@9]: (90x3) 100kg @9 92.5kg @8.5/9 Just ticking over on these, they are awkward as hell in my set-up...even more so when training alone. I have had things so busy lately and trying to organise revision for exams in every spare minute, I just haven't been keeping up with everything.
