Not bad in the end, managed to slip down my stairs the other morning and seemed to have strained my chest and arm..what a bloke. So benching was kept sensible.

Thanks bill. Just trying to get this stubborn bench moving too!

I am doing the south wests in Cheltenham on 21st April. Will likely do the english in august too prior to the classic in October.

Squats just felt off tonight, couldn't get tight and the belt was throwing me off some...the 3rd rep on the top set was awful, so rather than pushing it too far I backed off.

Same for the rest, will do a recovery day tomorrow - hit P3 Weds and P2 Friday. Just one of those days.

ha! too right, session should be perfect timing!

the triple is solid, but it should have been 4...I should have gone for 190, based off the 185x5 the week before.

Just one of those off sessions - cant PB all the time!

I still think I had more in me here - you can see from the video, I thought that would be around the top, but I did 132.5 last time and probably should have gone for that...shame. It will do for now after my week.

These were pretty good, haven't done them for a while - I think the 135 might be a PB - stopped at that, reps started to break down pretty badly. Plus, dont want to over-do it - chasing a big pull tomorrow.

Just ticking over on these, they are awkward as hell in my set-up...even more so when training alone.

I have had things so busy lately and trying to organise revision for exams in every spare minute, I just haven't been keeping up with everything. I plan to layout my next few weeks and keep to that schedule as a starter...Vid to follow

Yeah, shade under 6ft - my leverage's probably suit 120 better lol but f**k that, I don't want to be fat Grin

Its just that it seems to all reside around my waist at the minute. I sound like a woman haha I can tell you all about it on our drive down to Iain! hahahaha
