I'm going to give myself some big goals this year but what i do think is deefently do-able

1- raw squat - 265kg (no belt or wraps)
squat with belt and wraps - 280kg
equiped squat - 340kg
2- raw bench - 200kg
close grip bench press - 190kg
shirted bench - 250kg
3- deadlift - 300kg

these goaLS SHOULD be able to achieve, guess ill have to find out really. all aswell at under 110kg

4- hold title as wpf world champion
5- compete in european and ipf worlds
6- compete in strogman event
7- clean 160kg
8- push press 140kg
9- front squat 200kg

orrrr the other thing is for me just to compete in gbpf when i have my weight sorted as thats the main reason im dropping classes is for gbpf

bench (raw) - 60x2, 100x1, 120x1, 140x1, 160x0, 155x1, 160x1 piss!, 165x0 (just missed lockout) bad bench day really Unhappy.
close grip - 145x1, 130x2, 100x11
chinsx1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,3
rear delt rows - 60 x10,10
some press ups

this wasnt what i was hoping for on bench...can feel the 180 raw will be in the next coming weeks though....i have dropped like 12kg aswell in bodyweight...so its a bonus really

stsrt of week got an easy 255 sq in wraps and belt aswell....starting to feel a bit skinny now comin down this amount of weight...115.7kg now....105 isnt that far

hit a 50kg bent press last week too, hopefully be looking at 60 in couple of weeks or so...bodyweight still comi down just from dieting. havent even started cardio yet.

NEED this 305kg squat....also new squat suit...feels lose after wearing the same squat suit when was weighing 124kg :/.
