No Joe Happy. Just my back been sore Kayley and haven't been able to go heavy. So main reason is feeling the weight and my squat seems to improve when so heavy, but well see. Gotta tweak and try some new things with squaties. Maybe shieko but dnt know if that will be heavy enough for me.
