im been thinking about this for a while, i used to be really into mountain biking, going to wales etc....i lived on my bike basically.
So i found some mountain bike races in thetford forest and ive decided im going to go for a dusk till dawn race (12 hour), in around october time. So this means my competitive powerlifting is going to be on hold for a little while. Im still going to be training in the gym, squat, frontsquats etc 3 times a week. But will be hopefully hitting around 50-100 miles a week all off raod to start off with. So will keep post on the bike training and the strength side of things. plans are still to compete next year sometimes maybe in powerlifting.

last night, had first bike training and hit around only 6-8 miles all off road. Wasnt as hard as i thought id would be, i think smolov squating made my legs good for this haha.

This morning hit around 10 miles, then got a f**kING PUNCHER.

went to a gym today where i wasnt allowed to put more than 150kg on the rack.=gay
