Member 1463, 291 posts SQ 200, BP 165, DL 200565.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq | right hip flexer hurt today, and on friday when squating. squats and deadlifts today then squat 60 x2 100 x1 140 x1 140 x1 (narrower stance, see if made a diffrence on hip flexer...it didnt and the rep was slower) 180 x1 180 x1 deadlift 60 x2 100 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 140 x1 chinsx1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4 speedy deadlifts today, and squats were slower then usual aswell. think some treatment is in need in the week next week. | ||
