this was the MOST PAINFULL squat session ive ever done. SUNBURN is not good for squating at all never mind high volume with smolov, anyway.........

powerclean - 60kg just for warming up and gettin some speed there

just a light session on wednsday at around 80% for some singles or doubles, no more then 15 reps total then a big max on friday!
