SUNBURN is not good for squating at all never mind high volume with smolov, anyway......... powerclean - 60kg just for warming up and gettin some speed there squat bar x3-5 (this even hurt the sunburn) 70 x2 110x1 150 x1 170 x1 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 192.5 x3 still got through it even with sun burn! NO EXCUSES | ||
