Member 1463, 291 posts SQ 200, BP 165, DL 200565.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq | right time to start writing this journal again... still injured with my back since january also torn some cartilage in my knee joint which isnt the best injury i coild of got, but other than that everything is f**king great! recently got myself a titan super katana ss bench shirt...its a f**ker. got a bench comp in june which i want to put up 227.5-240..but we will see how that goes, as the comp in june 10th in the bpo. not sure why ive joined the bpo, maybe its because theres a couple comps a year which is only about 20 miles away from my house which saves alot of travel time! hoping to compete in the gbpf/ipf in the future though, other than that im enjoying training lately!! last night had some squats, and bench squat no belt no wraps no suit 60 100 140 160 180x8 deadlift rehab 80x20 hour break then...... bench 60 100 120 140x7 raw shirt on 2.5 board 160 180 200 then tried to get 200 to touch...3rd attempt i touched but didnt come up...fell out of the line | ||

First was tore something in lower bAck, second damaged cartilage in knee, 3rd back went into permanent spasm and made my spine an s shape! So training is coming along slow and I'm on the road to under 100kg body weight and a goal of hitting some big numbers hopefully!! Weigh 113 ATM | ||
