deadlifting the other day...seemed to have twinged my back..was the 180x10 that twinged it. Then with at work lifting washing machins, fridge freezers all day made it that little bit worse Unhappy. Had pyhsio on thursday, got told to do f**k loads of stretching etc. seemed to have eased off a bit...but moved in to my right glute too. f**king hope its not the start of sciatica Unhappy. Going to stretch glutes loads and hamstrings, hips etc....hope it passes.

right time to start writing this journal again... still injured with my back since january also torn some cartilage in my knee joint which isnt the best injury i coild of got, but other than that everything is f**king great!

recently got myself a titan super katana ss bench shirt...its a f**ker. got a bench comp in june which i want to put up 227.5-240..but we will see how that goes, as the comp in june 10th in the bpo. not sure why ive joined the bpo, maybe its because theres a couple comps a year which is only about 20 miles away from my house which saves alot of travel time!

hoping to compete in the gbpf/ipf in the future though, other than that im enjoying training lately!!

so far lately ive done a 165 raw bench....220x5 raw squat......140 dead(torn muscle in lower back and other s**t got tight Unhappy

Had some s**t injurys this year so far!!!! First was tore something in lower bAck, second damaged cartilage in knee, 3rd back went into permanent spasm and made my spine an s shape! So training is coming along slow and I'm on the road to under 100kg body weight and a goal of hitting some big numbers hopefully!! Weigh 113 ATM

Looks forward to some squats and deadlifts tonight.'gotta sort my retard form out for squat. Hopefully get some videos and someone can make some suggestions
