very light night at gym today as back was very sore on monday and hammies are tight, so went light to keep things loose tonight


Squat - 155kg x 3,3,3 Raw with no belt or wraps*
*sldl - 155kg x 3,3,3
Abbs - hanging leg raises - x 6,6,6


light cardio on bike x 15 mins.

Went up to a 270 squat today, as have new centurion suit and wanted to see how it felt, turned out it was easy as it should be, considering how tired i was at gym today, surprised how fast it came up, as well as loose knee wraps.
