Member 1463, 291 posts SQ 200, BP 165, DL 200565.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq | felt very tired today Squat 60 x4 100 x4 140 x4 180 x4 (all done without knee wraps or belt) 220 x1 ( suit bottoms, no belt or wraps) 260 x1 ( suit, loose wraps, loose belt) 270 x1 (suit, loose wraps, loose belt) sldl 110 x5 110 x5 110 x5 Hanging leg raises 6,6,6 Went up to a 270 squat today, as have new centurion suit and wanted to see how it felt, turned out it was easy as it should be, considering how tired i was at gym today, surprised how fast it came up, as well as loose knee wraps. (TO TOUCH) 215 x1 PB!! 5 kg above dean bowrings u23 125kg class british record Dips x5 x5 x5 x5 x5 Rows 100 x5 110 x5 110 x5 was pleased with pb on bench today as did it after my raw work aswell | ||
