Getting in the swing of things now apart from slipping on the ice and smashing my knee up feeling strong

Deadlift
2x180
2x200
2x220
2x240 flew up off the floor which I'm happy about

Stood on 3 inch board
6x2x140 nice and fast

Sldls really slow negatives
3x8x60

Fat handle trap bar shrugs with no chalk and water on hands
3x12x100

Incline Db press
3x8x50's

All in all good session. Hit another squat/bench session Sunday and then onto week 2 with the squat and bench sessions and try hit 250x2 next Friday all being well

Great little session this evening all done and dusted in an hour aswell conditioning is coming back nice and fast also lost about 2kg in bw this weekend so should have been abit weaker

Felt like absolute s**t today so I may have finally hit the "dark days" again where it hurts to walk and keep my eyes open yet I can hit set after set with heavier wieghts anyone enough of that crap

No mate I do 1 junction session and 2 in York. Try and steer clear of ralls.

ah right will have to try get a junction training session in somtime a lad I train with lives over that way

Will be making an attempt at heavyish deadlifts tnite so thaught I would carb up to see how this effects me bit of a pre comp dummy run all good so far started at 5 yesterday wieghing in at 116 carb loaded and well hydrated I'm 118 so will be intresting to see how this effects my strength this evening

Print calender off as I wasn't even gunna compete in 2013 but seeing as I'm recovering well I think I will be ready to compete by 2013

classic will be uenquipped as for the british I will be aiming for a big equipped bench but with squat my main focus is to get my squat in wraps upto 300 then get a loose suit on in time for the british and see how it goes as for deadlift main aim will be to get upto 300kg raw before british and then maybe put suit on and see how it goes
