This - if you get in the ring with a half-decent boxer/thai boxer/kick boxer, who you outweigh by 30 kilos; prepare to get repeatedly punched in the face for the first month.

If you are lucky he may let you have a few digs at him - 95% of which will miss. The other 5% will have a negligible effect; as you will be blowing out of all ends.

That does seem a bit much; whilst Paul's training my be somewhat idiosyncratic - and he has some very outre beliefs - he has proven himself to a much higher standard in his respective aspect of strength sports (grip) than 90%+ of the rest of the people who post on here have done on their own particular sphere of interest.

Why does everyone get so wound-up by what he writes in his journal?

I got the arse before - but, then realised that there wasn't any point in getting upset by what someone writes on their log - and if you are going to visit this thread; why not look for the positives?
