Went to the gym hungry and thirsty.

Not for success. Literally hungry and dehydrated.

So decided to do a workout that would be fairly easy.

Deadlift up to 187.5kg

SSB Squats, no hands: 80kg x 8 x 3 sets

GHRs: 10 x 3 sets

Reverse Hypers: 15 x 3 sets

Rotator Cuff stuff.

The set up was clueless.

I assume that Bryce has no real experience of reffing any pulling.

Lalas has Hall hooked from the off - and Eddie isn't experienced enough to know it.

They're pretty inexpensive - and do actually seem to have a positive effect, when combined with rolling, stretching and exercises for the lower quad and glutes.

The hard part for me, is not being a lazy bones and omitting all the other stuff.
