But I actually really enjoy squatting more.With my trap and neck giving me grief at the moment I haven’t had more than 180kg in my hands for ages. But depending on how I feel, I my deadlift tonight. Or it may be cambered bar good mornings for me if the neck is bad. But cheers for having a look. | |||
