As the weight is really low (as is the box I have been squatting down to) I haven’t really hit the stage where I am struggling. Thus far. But I actually really enjoy squatting more.

With my trap and neck giving me grief at the moment I haven’t had more than 180kg in my hands for ages. But depending on how I feel, I my deadlift tonight. Or it may be cambered bar good mornings for me if the neck is bad.

Look on his facebook page for links to videos of his lifters, who have been tried and tested - some compete in powerlifting such as below.
240 Squat / 170 Bench / 260 DL @ 88kg bdwt is nnot to be sniffed at. (No belt of course!!!)
