Cleans - did some slow count complexes to hang-cleans; up to 70kg
Low Box Squats - 3 x 3 x 60kg
Deadlifts - up to 152.5kg
Banded Back Extensions - 3 x 10
KB Swings - 3 x 10
Band-abs - 3 x 10

I have some sort of issue with my right knee.

It popped when I was squatting in March; and has been "difficult" ever since.

I have been going to physio for the last 2 months; and I hope that will turn it around. It still aches everyday - but I hope that I will be able to get it sorted at some point in the not too distant future.

I have had to try to learn to squat with my toes pointing forward as much as is possible - rather than a bit of flair to each side - which I find very difficult. Especially as I have always been terrible at squatting. Happy

I may try running in the next couple of weeks. Maybe.

I can imagine squatting wirh toes pointing forward could feel pretty unatural!

I hate running.....
