I have been going to physio for the last 2 months; and I hope that will turn it around. It still aches everyday - but I hope that I will be able to get it sorted at some point in the not too distant future. I have had to try to learn to squat with my toes pointing forward as much as is possible - rather than a bit of flair to each side - which I find very difficult. Especially as I have always been terrible at squatting. I may try running in the next couple of weeks. Maybe. | ||
