wowzers , nice 6 x 2 .... I have some sort of OCd where I cant do 'minutes' I like 500/1000/2000 etc but that 6 x 2 does look interesting , the 3 x 15 ...er...not so much fun !

thanks 3x15 much easier mentally for me

anything under 4minutes with a short rest I find very tough to keep going I was ready to quit halfway through the first 2 minute!

Great work old timer.

I much prefer intervals by minutes rather than distance. I tend to go too hard if I'm doing distance and f**k them up.

was a real fight to get all 7 reps done

do you make up the workouts ?? this one looks nasty ! esp with only 2.5 min rest ! I would very quickly have made it 6 !!
