Don't really want to limit myself in terms of upper numbers but 800lb deadlift is a big one.

thanks for the vote of confidence jc. I fear that without an adjustment to my supplement stack it may take quite some time

suppose so, done 125 log and 125 push press was easy on a bar, 135 push from behind the neck, reckon i could 125+ axle, but 130+ feels so heavy on the chest lol

those goals will be nailed by you two in the next few years I'd imagine

If I can stop getting injured squat and deadlift would be doable. Overhead, only time will tell.

I think 250 squat and 160 bench will put your clean and jerk well over 120 without training it much

dont know as my clean and jerk is rubbish at present. im so slow its unreal!!!

A long term aim is 700+ in the GBPF - probably at 105.

Once I get there, I will re-evaluate.

My Lifetime goals will be a lot more modest than probably all of you folks on here. I can eat as much as men much bigger than myself and sleep 10 hours a day but I fight hard for every kilo gained in any lift.

By the end of my life I want to.

SQUAT
200kg

BENCH
140kg

DEADLIFT
227.5kg

OVERHEAD PRESS
100kg

Thats still an impressive goal to aim for, trust me there are a lot of strong guys on this site, some of the strongest in the entire country, you go to most gyms, you will not see all that many hitting them numbers. They are good targets for anyone.

x2

I don't know anyone outside of the 'strength world' who can do those numbers.
