more nice training, on a bit or a roll eh!

I got the all clear to start all upper body movements yesterday (apart from oly lifts) - managed a 30kg bench lol !

OK so far, about 9 weeks post op, near enough full ROM back. Slowly adding in weight bearing movements again.

I think the plan is to see the surgeon in a few weeks and discuss proper lifting movements and how/ when to integrate them in..

How you do that sort of work, at that time is beyond me!

Do you have any food or stims before lifting? Or just straight into it?
