What's your long term strength goals:

Numbers wise
Competition Wise

Mine are:

250/180/300. 140 Overhead @ 105kg

or

220/160/280 120 Overhead @ 90kg

Compete in Wales U90/U105 and be competitive

My Lifetime goals will be a lot more modest than probably all of you folks on here. I can eat as much as men much bigger than myself and sleep 10 hours a day but I fight hard for every kilo gained in any lift.

By the end of my life I want to.

SQUAT
200kg

BENCH
140kg

DEADLIFT
227.5kg

OVERHEAD PRESS
100kg

a big one for me was 600lb deadlift.

282.5-290/180-190/280-285 - 740-760total - Equipped
GBPF British seniors equipped 120kg qualifying total

by the end of 2013
300-310/190-200/290-300 - 780-810total - Equipped
250-260/150-160/280-300 - 680-700total - unequipped
Place better at seniors.
