On a serious note - if you're bored and have lots of free time, I would train her separately. If you're pressed for time, then you might have to train WITH her. | ||

A good idea in theory but when milsy is benching 220+ in a shirt he's probably going to want someone other than his gf there as well | ||

She informed me that she didnt want to lift heavy stuff because she will gain too much muscle (while she is on a diet). Needless to say Ive given up | ||
