Worked up to 120 x 1 - most ive done sinced i started bk training
then did 90 x 8 x 2

Single arm circus dumbell pushes
48kg x 8 x 4
Highest dumbell i got

Dumbell snatches 48kg x 5 x 2 each arm

180 x f so close like 2 inches from lockout! Felt lighter than i imagined too
160 x 2 x 2

Close grip 140 x 3 x 3

Floor presses on smith

Squats
Worked up to 160 x 5 x 3 felt easy but but leg were sore so stopped there

Really strong pressing and benching. On the subject of benching, I have started benching again and have found it really helps with overhead especially log for me. It works most of the same muscles as overhead so makes a very good case as an assistance excercise.

Squats, was hoping for a pb but wasnt too hopeful as my back n legs were hurting a lot

200 x 1
210 x f close, would of got fresh
160 x 8 (pb sort of)

NEED TO GET SQUAT UP!!!!!

100 x 9 had more in the tank strength wise but fatigue got me
