bent over rows with the olympic bar:
60 - 8
70 - 8
80 - 8
90 - 8
100 - 8
110 - 6
100 - 8

Seated rows:
level 15 - 8
level 16 - 8
level 17 - 8
level 18 - 6 (new weight pb)

Wide arm pull downs:
level 20 - 8
level 20 - 8
level 20 - 8

Close arm pull downs:
level 20 - 8
level 20 - 8
level 20 - 7

Unfortuantly the pull down machine only goes to level 20, which is a nightmare.

P.S. I do deadlift seperately from back.

Shoulders today,

Decided to change my routine a little now, see if i can make it more strongman lift specific. Ive done this by increasing the number of sets on overhead press, to replace sitting dumbell press. I hope this will help increase my overhead lifting. Please tell me if im wrong to do this. Cheers.

Overhead:
60 - 8
70 - 8
80 - 5
90 - 3
100 - 3
110 - 1
120 - 1
122.5 - got this last week but failed this week. Think it was due to trying to pull my scaffolding waggon about 8 times before the gym.

Legs felt abit sore and i think i had some sort of trapped nerve in my left butt cheek which didnt help!
