See You Next Tuesday Member 2254, 3824 posts SQ 240, BP 165, DL 300705.0 kgs @ 89kgs UnEq | Back today. bent over rows with the olympic bar: 60 - 8 70 - 8 80 - 8 90 - 8 100 - 8 110 - 6 100 - 8 Seated rows: level 15 - 8 level 16 - 8 level 17 - 8 level 18 - 6 (new weight pb) Wide arm pull downs: level 20 - 8 level 20 - 8 level 20 - 8 Close arm pull downs: level 20 - 8 level 20 - 8 level 20 - 7 Unfortuantly the pull down machine only goes to level 20, which is a nightmare. P.S. I do deadlift seperately from back. | ||

Ive done this by increasing the number of sets on overhead press, to replace sitting dumbell press. I hope this will help increase my overhead lifting. Please tell me if im wrong to do this. Cheers. Overhead: 60 - 8 70 - 8 80 - 5 90 - 3 100 - 3 110 - 1 120 - 1 122.5 - got this last week but failed this week. Think it was due to trying to pull my scaffolding waggon about 8 times before the gym. 100 - 4 100 - 4 100 - 3 100 - 4 100 - 3 100 - 2 Dumbell lateral raises 22.5 - 8 22.5 - 8 22.5 - 8 22.5 - 8 Bent over cable pulls ( rear shoulder work) level 8 - 8 level 8 - 8 level 8 - 8 level 8 - 8 Trap work, Reverse shrugs: 150 - 8 160 - 8 170 - 8 Front shrugs 180 - 8 190 - 8 200 - 8 Finished with a set of strict presses 60 - 14 Felt good after the sesh, please tell us if theres anything i should change, cheers. | ||

FELT WELL EASY TOO, DIDNT GET STUCK AT ALL, KABOOM) 140 - 3 140 - 3 140 - 3 140 - 3 Now i managed 4 sets of 3 on 140 on my drop set ill increase it to 142.5 next week. BUZZZZIIINNNN. Incline dumbell press 50kg - 8 50kg - 7 50kg - 5 50kg - 5 All the other machines were busy and the gym was rammed so had to stop here. Happy as fuuccckkk with my new bench pb tho. shazam! | ||
