then did some bent over rows and abit of gun work. was only aiming for strict pressin 90 for 5 but realy happy i got 8, then 5 after aswell! Happy not bad for like, 2 weeks back in the gym. just under 90kg bw atm.

lat pull downs, bent over rows, seated rows. happy i got 175 for second week in a row, felt crap before so if i can get it feeling like that i think ill defo pb to 178.5 within two weeks. then my life time goal of 180 in the near future. 4 plates is siiickkk

did squats for the first time in 6 months.

worked up to an easy 180k for 1, then did 140 x 3 x 3 sets

going to start squatting 3 times a week now i can because of my knee

Did abit on the log on sunday, wanted to see what i could one motion press at the mo. worked to 100kg, heres a vid, slow 1 motion but i think it counts, the other reps were strict. reckon i could do about 5 strict fresh


Monday, did bench, worked up to 170, felt heavy, think it was because of the shoulder sesh on fri and the log on sun.

tuesday,

did deadlifts,

worked up to a 220 x 3
then dropped to 180 and did 2 sets of 5 reps.

was aiming for 220 for 3 at the start of the sesh so happy i got it, wasnt too bad neither.

Squats Thursday

Worked up to 190 then did 4 sets 3 on 140. Happy enough as im nearly bk to my.pb after just a few weeks.

Shoulders Friday

Worked up to a 105 strict press. Then push pressed 112.5. Again improving every week, will be bk to my best before long

Monday bench, workex up to a 175 for 1 then did 2 sets of 150 x3.

Wednesday deadlifts, worked up to 240 for 3 singles, felt easy enough.

Squatted up to 170 for 1 then ripped my pants

Strict pressed to a 107.5kg pb :-) then push pressed 100kg x3 x2.

Circus dumbell presses,48kg x6 x4 (heaviest dumbell)

Dumbell snatches 48kg x 6 x 4

Shrugs and close grip bench super sets to finish

Squatted up to 190

Tues deadlifts

Worked up to a 260 pb :-) then did 220 x 1 x4
