See You Next Tuesday Member 2254, 3824 posts SQ 240, BP 165, DL 300705.0 kgs @ 89kgs UnEq | Did abit on the log on sunday, wanted to see what i could one motion press at the mo. worked to 100kg, heres a vid, slow 1 motion but i think it counts, the other reps were strict. reckon i could do about 5 strict fresh Monday, did bench, worked up to 170, felt heavy, think it was because of the shoulder sesh on fri and the log on sun. tuesday, did deadlifts, worked up to a 220 x 3 then dropped to 180 and did 2 sets of 5 reps. was aiming for 220 for 3 at the start of the sesh so happy i got it, wasnt too bad neither. | ||

Happy enough as im nearly bk to my.pb after just a few weeks. Shoulders Friday Worked up to a 105 strict press. Then push pressed 112.5. Again improving every week, will be bk to my best before long | ||
