Only did bench today as all the other equipment was taken and I didnt have time to wait, after waiting 20mins for the bench. few vids too.

I train at bodytech in oswestry. the tires arent very heavy, but i cant afford to buy one bigger! or manage to get one for free. I doubt im gonna win any events, im s**tting my pants.

finished. Happy i finally hit 200 squat, was good form too. defo 210 within a couple weeks.
