Stretching is good! Do you know any Gumbys! Gross wrestling them popping ball and socket joints out way beyond normal! Hard to pin hem without getting grossed out stretching them out Nice work! A country boy can survive those stretchy green creatures.

Great fun out with the boyz (and the girls we met at the comp) today

Deadlift - 260kg x 6
Set out with minimum of 3 in mind, then would see how it went. Previous rep PB was 5 so decided to stop at 6 which I was more than happy with. Probably had 8 in me if it was a proper comp

Log 120kg x 5 FTOH
Think this is a FTOH rep PB
Could of gone a little faster in hindsight and got 6 but easiest 120 has felt

260kg x 20m frame, felt easy

140kg stone for reps back and forth, not sure on reps but we just stopped when the time was up

Tug of war,
Managed to lose to a man and women Happy

Fantastic fun.

My all time PB is 190kg. One of the lifts I was better at.

I'm really enjoying front squats at the moment. Maybe it's just something I've never really tried to progress before. It feels nice though.
