Was buzzing for a good session after bodypower Grin

200 - 1 (ns) nearly dropped this last week but went up a peice of cake.

250 - 1 (went up slowly but better than last week so chuffed!)

Realy good sesh, felt good! A good clean 250 next week hopefully then push onto 255!

Think im gonna change it abit the next 3 weeks or so as 250 doesnt seem to be getting any easier. Going to try a load of heavy single rep sets, at say 235 - 240 to see if that'll help boost me up from 250. Any tips?

Chest Grin

Was away in bristol sunday to tuesday so wasnt at my local gym! I do enjoy gyming elsewhere every now and then though!

(the bench was the worst ever, i couldnt even get the bar off myself as it was so high!)

The gym only had 30kg dumbells, even though it was 3 storys and had over 40 treadmills. So couldnt do any incline dumbells.
