Had a Christmas trip to THE YARD on Tuesday. Amazing facility.

Bit tired so cba to log it all

Worked up to

280 x 1 deadlift

130kg x 1 (5x1)
105 x 3 (3x3)
on the big dawg wooden log. Much harder to balance than the regular shorter logs but a fantastic piece of kit.

Then went for a stone PB which has been on my mind for a while

Wanted to test out 170 for a while now as it's the heaviest stone at OSG

Obviously it's only training but I think only 1 person managed to load it at OSG

Soooo first day back training after 12 days off over Christmas

Could t ask for a better first session back, thought I'd be abit sore and creaky but everything felt great

Also, a new natty fed has popped up in the UK with some decent backing by the sounds of it. So I think I'm going to enter both the natty leagues and forget about the untested this year. I realistically couldn't commit to all 3 leagues and still spend as much time with the family as I like to.
