Are you still power snatching or moved on to full snatches?

Not a clue which is more impressive anymore, I'm sure you're SUPPOSED to do more on full snatches?!?!

It's somewhere inbetween. If I do catch high I will ride it down before standing up. They are much closer to parallel now anyway.

Good stuff, sounds like your in that position where you can now just dip a bit lower to catch the heavier ones if needed, which I think might be the right way of doing things? lol

Yeh definitely. I'm adding weight to my snatch without getting any stronger, just purely dropping and catching deeper. It's amazing how much easier it is to double and triple the bigger weights when there's no restriction on depth.

I'll take your word for it, I'm not quite there yet. Dropping lower under weights too heavy to catch high just f**ks everything up at the moment.

Bench press was a killer for me. As soon as I stopped that and started doing dislocations with an old hospital crutch 3 times a day my flexibility improved dramatically.
