I'm adding weight to my snatch without getting any stronger, just purely dropping and catching deeper. It's amazing how much easier it is to double and triple the bigger weights when there's no restriction on depth. | ||

As soon as I stopped that and started doing dislocations with an old hospital crutch 3 times a day my flexibility improved dramatically. | ||
