Shiiit, never realised it has been 18 months since I last updated this journal.
Been meaning to restart it for ages...

Having done a local qualifying event for next years National Comps, I'm now hoping to train consistantly for the next few months and inch closer to my current tatgets, which are...

Squat - 210-215
Bench - 145-150
Deadlift - 285-290

Currently doing 5/3/1 and into my 7th cycle.

Anyway...
