Deadlifts

Shed loads of warm ups...

192.5 x 3

then...
125 x 10

Was going to be 5 sets of 10 at 125 but, like the high rep squats, the pain in my lower back (a pump pain, nothing nasty) was too much to ignore. Dont know if I just need to get used to highter reps, will work up to it anyway.

Just happy with the 9 reps, didnt think I'd get them in !!

Thanks bud. Its just part of the assistance for 5/3/1. The %'s are all worked out, not my doing. Supposed to be around 40-50% of your 1rm, so it should be a tad lighter really. Happy
