btw are those dips done on parallel bars or are they when you put your back to the bench and rest weights on your legs?

They are done on parallel bars, when with a partner I will do em with d.b's between the legs, on my own with 2 belts to mimmick a dipping belt (I'll be getting one of those bad boys as I will be hitting these hard)

I'm assuming on bars is better than using the bench method ?? Which do you use ?

Bench

Pretty much the same as last week I think (without looking). I was hoping to move onto 117.5 today for the same reps. Getting a tad frustrated... Unhappy

Then moved onto approx 7 sets of pressing from pins in power rack, 1" off chest and all reps done from relaxed state, mixed with wide grip and close grip. i cant remember the exact weight used and reps done so won't bother writing it down just for the sake of it....

Dips

Just as a final last blast on the tri's

BW - 25 reps
BW - 16 reps
BW - 10 reps
BW - 8 reps (all with approx 45 secs rest period)

All in all, not too dis-heartened but wish I was moving forward a little more convincingly in the Bench dept... its still s**t... maybe it always will be... f**k it, Deads tomorrow !!!

D/E Box Squats

plenty of warm ups as I was stiff as a board from yesterday !

100 x 3 x 10 sets

Hanging Leg raises

3 sets of 10

Weighted sit ups

Side bends

with 50kg D/B - 10 reps for 3 sets (1 side at a time !)

Again not much to write home about, just trying to keep up with the core stuff at the minute !!
