Push Presses felt very easy, though I didnt expect anything else, probably a couple more at 80 but I'll leave it at 10 for now... something to beat in future weeks I suppose !!

Deadlifts (4 weeks since I could last pull... !)

Could really feel the 4 week lay-off today, was hoping for near 10 reps on the final heavy set, but not today...

Hanging Leg-Raises

5 sets of 10

Was going to go do some hill sprints after this but I think I underestimated just how much this took out of me, so they can wait till later in the week. Not in the best condition at the minute, that coupled with not pulling for so long made those high reps tough, even at a pissy weight !! Happy

Still back felt really good, so thats a Billy Bonus...

105 x 10 ... p.b of some description !!

70 x 10 ... after a 3 min rest.

These high reps killed me, I was wiped out after the 105 set, the 70 felt like 100, it felt and probably looked a little on the pathetic side. I reckon these high reps on this routine will do me some good !!

Just quietly getting used to squatting with a narrow stance, felt quite good and comfortable. Looking forward to the weight going up and seeing an improvement in my squat, think this is definately the way to go for me !!

New squat shoes on order too !!

Thanks. This new routine calls for a lot of higher rep sets. Something which I dont normally do, I am hoping it shakes things up a bit.
