Thanks I think when I get ripped I should hopefully still have some decent size
180 would be awesome, i will practice at least once a week catching lighter weights just above parallel, and try keep the mong ones in as well just so I don't get lazy

About the kyphosis, are you sure the lowerback arch is actually helping you?
Generally speaking with more lower back arching you get more upper back rounding. The body does this to maintain balance. However, not so sure if this also is the case with a loaded bar on your shoulders.

Honestly, that's me with my glutes and abs contracting to take the arch OUT of my lower back....hip floors need serious work, lower back is tight too. s**t posture

I'll watch it later but being the presumptuous c**t i am, isn't he just going to tell me to do a powerlifting type of squat? I could do with a weightlifting type of coach to help me!

lol I'll take him up on his offer for a few sessions but for some reason i imagine it will be more clean and jerk/snatch lesions than back squat....
