Still feel weak! Gonna do some stupid high volume squat program at some point this summer. I want to squat 250kg with just a belt this year if it kills me.

Trying a book in a massge for early next week to help
I need to get a good run of 3 full nights sleep running up to next saturday.

Yeah. Kind of gutted about that but managed to see them a few times before he left so s'all good! The new vocalist is the old bassist, he isn't bad but Thom had his own distinct style.
