i friend of mine was gonna try 600lbs on deads today so i thought i would try and beat him

Deadlift
warm ups
272.5 x f
got to about knees and almost threw up
262.5 x f
same as above haha
230 x 2
Felt sick on every rep, should not have had a bowl of weetabix right before the gym. On the plus side 272.5 didn't actually feel that far off and my grip was solid even on the crappy bar i was using.

Strict Log
60 x 5
70 x 3
80 x 3
90 x 1
102.5 x 1 pb
clean was harder than the press
105 x f
just about cleaned it but that took too much out of me

Pull ups
3 x 10

Db extensions
22.5 3 x 12

Done.
Pissed off with the deads but s**t happens. Decent numbers aren't too far off.

Thanks guys. Moving in the right direction. I'll be happy when I am hitting proper PBs on squats and deads. Give me 6 months and i will be squatting 250 and deadlifting 285+

Pretty f**ked after that. My back was beat up before I even got to the gym so not too disappointed with only getting 4 at 180 on squats.
