Which farmers? Mine are 17kg I think. (black ones-I just call em 20! lol) Don't know who's the blue ones are, some wannabe.

Haha let me know what times you are gonna be at Ironman and I will try and come at the same time Happy
I used the blue ones as they were at the front.

I just try and do everything strict, legs are optional! If my strict press goes up so does my push press, but if I just push press my strict stays the same.

I mostly strict press too. Push pressing feels awkward for me, think I am going to more push press sets in just to work on form.

Probably because I hardly ever push press to be fair. I like doing stuff strict!

Do what Ursus suggests re. pressing. (and I have done the last 2 sessions)
Strict till you reach you max or goal for the day, then switch to push. Saves some time as you don't need to do any push press warm ups too. I suppose for you, you may need to drop the weight from your heavy strict to get some practice in as your strict and push are so similar.

That sounds like a good idea. I might do my strict paused for a while so the weight is lighter? Then jump into push?
