Think lack of heavy benching for 2 weeks is affecting my top end strength, stupid pec.

My pec, glute and elbow hurt and my lower back is super beat up. Time for a few days off.

Chains weigh 40kg total but they weren't fully deloaded at the top so f**k knows how much weight I was using Grin

Only second time doing them so default PBs after doing 230 x 3 and 260 x 1 last week.

Good session but wish I had gone earlier as by the time I got there all the floor was really slippery, I assume due to heat and sweating :/ but I went to blackpool zoo with the misses today instead. Priorities!

You know it! I think I need to lower my expectations a little bit when it comes to short term goals. I am leaving the gym disappointed with my squat even though its improving every time...my own fault for having such a long lay off.
