Squats 140 2 x 10 dull ache in glute so shut it down Db extensions 27.5 3 x 8 Facepulls 2 x 15 Chin ups bw 5 x 7 My pec, glute and elbow hurt and my lower back is super beat up. Time for a few days off. | ||

Good session but wish I had gone earlier as by the time I got there all the floor was really slippery, I assume due to heat and sweating :/ but I went to blackpool zoo with the misses today instead. Pull Ups BW 3 x 5 + 5kg x 4, 4 + 10kg 3, 3, 3 + 15kg 3 BW x 8 DB Extensions 30 x 6 20 2 x 20 Pretty much all the weights I can remember Also did chest supported rows, some sldls, pushdowns, curls etc. | ||

Was fast with all of these. Good session today. Doesn't seem like a lot written down but I was f**ked ha. | ||
