Had a good night, jerks were ok too. Mrs W arrived home at about 1 and finally let me get to sleep about 3, i love my wife!!! Grin

Monday 07/04/08

On a trianing course for work in Blackpool today and tomorrow so didnt think i'd get to train today. Finished work 4:40 managed to hit Adlington for 5:20 so not too bad. Just get a few squats in

160 x1 and that is it, knees are far too tender to even bother Angry Angry

Not happy, knees are really suffering today, thinking is that lowering power jerks isn't halping them so will be having a helping hand on those from now on see if it makes a difference!!

LittleA is on clean pulls, i reckon i can manage at least some of them

Really all done. Didn't feel great, laboured dip and drive, not snappy enough. Poundages were ok though, considering!!

Turned up at Adlington feeling ok, but as warm up went on i felt worse, it's all in my head in think but everything seems to hurt an awful lot at the minute!!!

Whilst the weight wasn't heavy and to the observer they may have appeared easy, they were not without pain.
