would you say SLDL is a ham exercise or a back exercise?

It's just a deadlift assistance exercise... I do know that if I don't do them for a while, my hamstrings are wrecked after I start again

I outlifted my best raw 4 board on 3 board today.... therefor I'm claiming a 4 board PB on the PB chart...... f**k off anyone who objects....

I have some sort of loose vague bench press plan now.... It basically involves hitting a decent triple from the chest as a 'warmup' then focussing on improving my tricep strength with raw board work. I've started failing my raw bench presses at around a 3 board height, which is s**t, and probably why I'm s**t in a shirt...

Errr... I dunno maybe, it's not really 'my style'... The boards seem more my type of thing... Going to treat bench press the same as my deadlift and see what happens

Have you ever thought about pausing your board presses? A good few yank lifters who I've followed over the years seemed to get good success at their sticking points with a combination of those and some form of speed work (although normally at much higher %s than WSB recommended).

Squats low bar + belt

Bar x 3 x 5
70kg x 2 x 3
120kg x 1
170kg x 1
210kg x 1

+ knee wraps

230kg x 4 - wouldve gone for 5 but wasn't confident in spotter, it wouldve been a risky rep
235kg x 1
240kg x 1
245kg x 1
250kg x 1

Just doing lots of heavy singles to get used to the tempo in knee wraps.

Well pleased with that! Depth looks great I think...?

lol after getting home and watching the video... I love how casual the walkout seems now... 250 this time last year was an absolute max in suit and wraps and wouldve taken me half an hour to set up, shaking to f**k etc...
