It basically involves hitting a decent triple from the chest as a 'warmup' then focussing on improving my tricep strength with raw board work. I've started failing my raw bench presses at around a 3 board height, which is s**t, and probably why I'm s**t in a shirt... | ||

A good few yank lifters who I've followed over the years seemed to get good success at their sticking points with a combination of those and some form of speed work (although normally at much higher %s than WSB recommended). | ||

Well pleased with that! Depth looks great I think...? | ||
