I've still got one of those from last time I did it, but it's more like a sleeve. I was considering getting some of those fancy elbow sleeves that all the kids seem to wear these days. Do you think they'd help?

I certainly need a little extra oomp (Although I would have probably called it 'Oomph!'). I think I'll do some online shopping that I can ill afford. I need Oomph! and pain free elbows.... Immediately!!! Mind you, that still doesn't help the inside shoulder blade thing. I hope that's not going to f**k deads and similar actions up. Oh s**tting hell!!!

And you selfishly seem to stop your videos working on mobile devices on purpose Pps One or two Wanks should be ok

I had a sleeve one and it did nothing for me. you need one that has a strap and a pressure pad ,you tighten the strap and the pad puts pressure on the sore part of the tendon,a bit like pushing you finger down on it,for some reason the pressure on the sore spot stops it from hurting.

I looked for those settings that you mentioned for YouTube to allow playing on iphones and such like, but I couldn't find it. I did try honest... I'll have another go though. Good to know I can do a wank off. Cheers. I tried one of those pressure things when I did it before, but I couldn't really get away with it and ended up buying this sleeve. I've still got it somewhere I think though, so I'll give it another go.

I might borrow them on Saturday, if that's ok cheers thanks ta. I'm going to assess how I feel before committing to training though. Should be ok, finger crossed. Hot baths would be lovely, but I don't have access to hot water unless showering at the gym, or boiling a kettle (which has usually had eggs in it). Fanny leads a tragic life and I might just add a nice Smiths song to drive it home.
