Well after reading a few journals on line i thought i would track my own training on here aswell.
I currently train 3 days in the gym (legs,pull,push) and when i can get my lazy ass outa bed, i do an events day with JT and the lads at the container.
Here is todays session

Frnt sqauts (max rep week)

bar x 20
60k x 10
100k x 5
140k x 1
180k x 1 (pb) as never tried a 1 rep max wih fronties cos i usually back sqaut)
200k fail
200k x 1 pb (nearly passed out)

18" deads

220 x 1
260 x 1
300 x 1
310 x 1
320 x 1
330 x 1 pb

cleans 100k x 5reps (fast)x 3 sets
(would usually have done leg pressing after deads but just trying to get use to cleans for the comps.

calve presses on a leg press 80k either side(didnt count just kepp reppin till he pain is too much.

i will be training bud,as not long until the cheshire comp gatta do some yokage. ive started leaving high caffiene train drinks next to my bed, ready for the alarm...

bar x 20 (fast to warm up)
40k x 5 strict
50k x 5 strict
60k x 5 strict

115k x 1 only had 115 1 time before,so happyish.
117.5k x 1 (fAIL)

117.5k x 1 (FAIL) was going up about half way just wouldnt lock.

still feeling f**ked from my 200k front sqaut,didnt feel as if i had as much drive as usual, putting this down to the pb fronty.

pin press (about same height as 2 board)

100k x 5
120k x 3
130k x 3
130k x 3
100k x 6

standing dumbell press
30k dumbs x 8 think i held my breath cos i proper spun out and sat down. So then thought id have a crack at the seated shoulder press machine thinking it replicated incline log movement 5x5

Then finished on some tricep extionsion rope stuff 3x15 and then a drop set.

Felt really tired from my leg day, its no excuse but s**t happens. Really need to work on my o/h its come on alot but still s**t.

bent over rows

machine rows(ususally do pull downs or pull ups but both sections of the gym were being used)
whole stack x 10 reps x 3 sets

barbell curls
50k x 10
62.5 x 5 reps x 3 sets

and some hammer curls to finish.

Really, i have really put some time into these, im doin them most workouts, trying not to use a rack for pressing etc. i remember competing against jamie redwood in the 2008 welsh comp. The way he was tearing 120 of the ground was scary,and since then iv just done them.
