bar strict press x10 to warm up shoulders...my RC issue seems to have chilled out a bit since doin a lot of RC work everyday.
40x strict press
60x5 fast push press..to get some blood in the old knees.
80x5

120x1 ftoh pb this year really pleased
122.5 x fail

100x5 pb this year also

then a small circuit consisting of..

100k bench press x5
50k strict press x10
12k side delt raises x15 all this for 3 sets

doesn't look to heavy but wipes me out.

Did this yesterday night and wasn't to happy as wanted 122.5kg but looking at it now in reflection it was a really good session ..very positive and heading in the right direction

100kg log into a 100kg axle 3sets..

did this as I have a comp comin up with overhead medly ..tried putting a keg in it but the 1 at the warehouse is 80kg of cement at the bottom of the keg so when you have got it to chest all that weight is in 1 hand.

ok so a week out from Wales most powerful man u105, my daughter has been ill all week so aint been training cos of work and just generally being too tired. Went tonight and smashed it,,felt a bit down about competin but after today im ready to tear it up..

3 sets....this smashed my tris..1st time ive tried em.

currently 16st 13lb..a week out from the midlands u105 this year I was 17st 9lb a week out from comp and had to do some serious dehydrating..that probably had a negative effect on my overall strength.. wont have to do much weight prep for this comp so hopefully wont feel f**ked on the day of the comp..1 session of pressing left, then maybe another speed day Wednesday and then plenty of rest.
