20st 2 mate only down 3 pound after being off my supps for 9 weeks, I lost 9lb at first but its comin back nicely now

thanks jay.. the 260 flew up as well... i defo reckon theres more but i just find as soon as i walk out with wieght i am instuntly doubting myself...just gotta suck it up and attack it...Confused
