135 felt pretty good, I think I'm good for a bit more. TBH it is just the pick up that I struggle with but it went up easy enough today.

It was great to see you destroy those weights today, top performance.

You can bet your left bollock on me turning up next sunday! It was great fun, not to mention absolutely gem of a training session.

Buzz - I'm planning on doing Whitecliffs in the summer, but I will need to get my arse into gear before then, as it's heavy and with lots of good competitors.

Cheers Joni - good to hear you still want to come back, it really spurs me on having you guys to train with and it will help us all one way or another. I'll pm Pete the link.

Rob - good to hear you have some trips to the dungeon planned - you don't want to miss out on all the fun (better than banging the missus I'd say anydayWink ). Also I have got some biscuits now so you can follow any programme that you are doing to the 't'.
