Grass fed Member 1147, 7710 posts SQ 220, BP 185, DL 272.5677.5 kgs @ 113kgs UnEq | Training has been mince recently, really lost focus on what I'm training for, not strong enough to challenge at open class, and not willing to do what it takes to challenge, and probably too tall to be a realistic 105 Have decided to really focus on conditioning for the next wee while, and just see what happens to my weight Saturday, trained with the Cherry bomb, the mans a monster, he should turn heads at the Uks Log, PP rather than Jerk 85kg for 5reps 90kg for 5reps 95kg for 5reps Viper 80kg, 5 sets of 5reps Yoke 260kg, 5 runs of 20m, 15secs rest between runs, no belt Prowler 60kg, 8 runs of 20m, 50secs between runs Monday Deads, changed tech a bit, keeping my hips lower, using straps as I think the mixed grip was hurting my hip/back 200kg for 5reps 210kg for 5reps 225kg for 4reps struggled to get a decent breath at the start due to the straps, but happy enough GHR +5kg 3sets of 8reps Machine rows 3 sets of 8reps Calf raise 3 sets of 20reps Hamstring curl, 2 sets of 20reps for some reason Tuesday 2 500m sprints on the rower, been a while since I've done these and was rubbish, 1min 34 and 1min 38 Wednesday CG Bench 120kg for 5reps 125kg for 5reps 140kg for 4reps Chins 10 sets of 5reps Dips 5 sets of 15reps DB Press 22kg 5 sets of 10reps Curls and push downs | ||

Gonna try and get some reps in. Squats 110kg for 20reps blowing a bit at the end Lunges 12kg bds, 3sets of 28reps Leg ext, 2 sets for, well I don't know why Gonna add 5 kg a week to this, untill maybe 140, then start cutting the reps as the weights go up. Thats if it helps, might need to try something else | ||

Its not the weight for me... its the fact my arms/elbows go numb and i cant keep the bar on my back. good luck with that! I reckon you should still squat a heavy 5x5 or something before and the use the widow maker as a finisher. | ||

Hopefully this will allow me to gradually increase the weight, while still doing a decent amount of work 140 for 18 is nice btw | ||
