rubbish session on Saturday, was a stupid idea to think I could press the day after close grip bench

Log 90kg for 5reps, 95kg for 5reps, 100kg for 5reps, floor to overhead each rep on last set

practised log clean tech, 90kg for 10reps

mucked about a bit with the caveman press, did a rep with 110kg, really easy, decent snap

arm over arm with the sled, 270kg, 15m, 5 pulls

Cherry threw up a set of 10, then a set of 11 on a 120kg incline log, all while doin a class Popeye impression. Best pressing I've seen. Then a triple on the 185kg stone, that was just mad


Today, a burglar alarm outside my window went off at 11 last night and was still going when I left this morning, so no real sleep

Deficit deads(standing on a elieko 25 plate)180kg for 5reps, 190kg for 5reps, 200kg for 5reps(all felt brutal, just got the reps, nothing in the tank to go hard)

Shrugs 140kg for 5 sets of 10reps, all double overhand

I think that stone is about 170 or 175 at most. Not sure where the numbers come from, but it's definitely not 185! Still f**king impressive mind!

I thought it was 180 and 200, but they lost about 10kg on drying out. Need to get them weighed and clear it up once and for all!

thats cool, I would do the same thing if I were you, you rally seem to like the whole 105 thing.

Bodyweight 122kg this morning, I may need to keep a closer eye on this! It seems that my weight started moving up again when I started hill sprints again, which doesn't make much sense

Close-grip bench 115kg for 5reps, 125kg for 5reps, 135kg for 5reps Felt my pec a little so sacked dips

Chins 5sets of 6reps

Behind the neck push-press 80kg for 5sets of 5reps Just trying to find a groove, very easy and fast, no press just hip drive

Curls bar 3sets of 20reps

Needed to go to work early,

the duck walk and chain, car walk, and the farmers medley are all good events for me, so I figure I shouldn't look like a complete fool, but we shall see!
