7th in Scotland aint too shabby Martin, especially, given you failed a 150 stone, it appears your heart wasnt in it from at least then onwards!

Yeah, it wasn't too bad, a fair reflection of where I am I think

I'm basically just a bit weaker than I was at the SSM qual in February. For me, its been a bit too long competing, not enough time in-between comps to rest and come back better, I've basically just maintained and really gone back a bit

Time to get back to getting stronger and fitter again, looking forward to it

Its funny you saying about seeing the events for the finals as thats how i felt after seeing the weights, i think i was feeling in a verysimilair state of mind as yourself on the day especially after my extremlly poor performance on the arm over arm. In other news when i got home a mate of mine came with 10 freshly caught and gutted mackerel.........not trying to make you jealous.....honest Wink
